Over the last 12-13 years, our capital market has grown. This is what Daniela Peeva, Chairman of the Association of Directors for Investor Relations in Bulgaria (AVIB), said in the program “In Development” of Bloomberg TV Bulgaria with leading Delyan Petrishki. We are witnessing many negative corporate practices, but at the same time there are enough examples of good companies, of management of companies that are really aware of the need to meet investor requirements in terms of quality and quantity of information provided.
Changes in legislation, whether in relation to the European regulatory requirements or due to internal needs for change, must correspond to the degree of maturity of the public relations that they regulate. It is still time to move on to less reported by public companies, she said.
