The referendum in Italy: The market votes more confidence in the banking system at the expense of the state

Finance Analyst at Sofia International Securities Pavel Bandilov, Investbook, 05.12.2016

The most positive after the Italian referendum is that we did not see any shifts or negative reactions on other markets. The damage at this stage is local. It seems that the market is voting on an idea of greater confidence in the banking system at the expense of the State if we take into account the valuation of the securities and their market value. This was commented by the financial analyst at Sofia International Securities Pavel Bandilov on the air of Investbook with host Velko Kamenov on Bloomberg TV Bulgaria.

He stressed that the euro-dollar money will depend more on US policy and not so much on European policy and expressed expectations to have more frequent interest rates hikes by the Fed next year.
