As chief executive of Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT I took part in one of the largest deals in the sector: the sale of the Bulgarian Property Developments (BPD) portfolio to AG Capital and Old Mutual for EUR 71.4 million.

Today I combine my real estate experience with an interest in artificial intelligence, crypto and geopolitical risk. On this blog I share analysis and practical observations that help investors make better decisions under uncertainty.
In my free time I kitesurf, snowboard, train Brazilian jiu-jitsu and CrossFit, and spend time with my family.
